Woow .... I should say .. Chef your video was real good video. Simple & Sensible. Also, I love your tip. Does the Guacamole stay green after placing the seed in there. For how long (approximately) do you think it would stay green.

Beautiful, except for the pickled jalapeños, not tasty, and not traditional. And no black pepper! Please-you are already putting hot chile in it. And finally, if it needs more liquid, add more lime, or lemon juice. That's the tang you want, AND citrus juice has nutritive value. Lemons are just as nice as limes in guacamole. A few choices for spice- red chile crush/chile pequin/fresh jalapeno/fresh serrano/fresh roasted mild-hot green chile.

He forgot to mention that the number one consideration when making good guacamole is getting an avocado that is not too ripe and not under-ripe. This singular element is KEY to making good guacamole dip.
